Five minors studying in Class IX and X were apprehended by the Army in Eastern Assam’s Kakopathar, when they were heading to join the ULFA-Independent. A 20-year-old youth identified as
Five minors studying in Class IX and X were apprehended by the Army in Eastern Assam’s Kakopathar, when they were heading to join the ULFA-Independent.
A 20-year-old youth identified as Khagen Moran has also been arrested as he was leading the group of the minors to join the rebel group.
It may be mentioned that the students did not return home from their school since Monday.
Subsequent to this, one of the missing student had posted in social media about joining the rebel group triggering shockwaves.
