Assam CM Blames Double Standards of Cong for Violence at Sonapur Eviction Site

CM Sarma stated that the incident has raised serious concerns about a more dangerous future
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has blamed the double standards of the Congress for the violence at Kosutoli in Sonapur in Guwahati on Thursday. According to Chief Minister Sarma, it was the Congress who had created tribal belts and blocks in Assam, but are now opposing eviction of encroachers. The Assam Chief Minister further stated that the incident has raised serious concerns about a more dangerous future.
