Another fraudster alleged to have duped people of over Rs 300 crore has been arrested from Assam’s Tezpur. Hemen Rabha, who had been on the run so far, was finally arrested by the police at Bandormari in Tezpur. Several FIRs had been filed against Rabha at the Kacharigaon police outpost by the victims who had been duped of their hard earned money. As per the police complaints, Rabha bought a luxury car and some property with the money he had acquired from his victims in the name of giving them back heavy interest in return.
