In a proud moment for Arunachal Pradesh, Duyir Ete has won the 2nd runner-up title of Miss Global International 2024, held in Dubai on Saturday.

Ete, along with the runner-up title, also bagged the subtitle of Miss Super Model at the prestigious pageant.

The 29-year-old legal professional hails from Darka village in Arunachal Pradesh.

Meanwhile, the glittering finale saw the crowning of Miss Japan as Miss Global International 2024, while Miss Azerbaijan was adjudged the 1st Runner-up.
Her journey to the international stage began earlier this year when she was crowned Miss VogueStar India 2024 in Jaipur.
The victory of Diyur Ete has once again put the state and northeastern region on a global map, proving that girls and women from the Northeast can take on the world.
