It’s the end of the year. During this period, people like to go for picnic and relax from their daily routine lives. But for the government officers, particularly those who head the administration and departments, there is hardly any time to relax. In order to provide some window for entertainment to these officials, Tuting-Yingkiong MLA Alo Libang embarked on a developmental-cum-picnic tour to some of the interior villages in his constituency, which is very close to the Indo-China border in Arunachal Pradesh’s Upper Siang district. During the tour, the MLA, who is also an advisor to the Chief Minister of the state, met people in the villages and gathered first-hand knowledge on the issues concerning them.
