- Union Earth Sciences minister Kiren Rijiju and Arunachal Congress President Nabam Tuki. Tuki is former Arunachal CM and 6-time Sagalee MLA. He is the sitting MLA of Sagalee. Tuki is the lone Congress MLA of Arunachal. Also in the race is Techi Rana contesting as an Independent. According people following the Arunachal elections, Rana might end up cutting a few votes.
