Arunachal: Monk Thupten Kunphen to contest against CM Pema Khandu in upcoming assembly polls

A senior monk from the Gontse Gaden Rabgyeling monastery, Thupten Kunphen will contest against Arunachal chief minister Pema Khandu from the Mukto constituency in the upcoming assembly polls in Arunachal

A senior monk from the Gontse Gaden Rabgyeling monastery, Thupten Kunphen will contest against Arunachal chief minister Pema Khandu from the Mukto constituency in the upcoming assembly polls in Arunachal Pradesh.

Kunphen is also the president of the Buddhist Culture Preservation Society. The Assembly polls will be held in Arunachal on April 11 together with the first phase of the Lok Sabha polls.
