Arunachal Governor Lt Gen (R) KT Parnaik appoints 19 MLAs as Advisors to Ministers

The advisors will assist the Ministers and the Government in proper functioning of the government and monitoring ongoing projects.
Aimed at better governance, Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik, today appointed 19 Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs) as Advisors to Ministers with immediate effect.
The Advisors will assist the Ministers and the Government in proper functioning of the government and monitoring the ongoing projects.
The 19 legislators who were appointed as advisors to ministers are Honchun Ngandam, Wanglin Lowangdong, Ninong Ering, Techi Kaso, Phurpa Tsering, Zingnu Namchoom, Mutchu Mithi, Mohesh Chai, Pani Taram, Nakap Nalo, Hayang Mangfi, Jikke Tako, Dongru Siongju, Taniya Soki, Rode Bui, Talem Taboh, Mopi Mihu, Chakat Aboh and Tsering Lhamu.
As per the official notification, Honchun Ngandam has been appointed as advisor to Minister, Public Works Department (Eastern Zone & Central Zone-B), Wanglin Lowangdong would advise Minister for Environment & Forest, Ninong Ering has been made the advisor to Minister in charge of Hydro Power Development, Techi Kaso is the advisor to Minister for Urban Affairs (Urban Development, Town Planning, Urban Local Bodies, Housing), Land Management, Food & Civil Supplies, Phurpa Tsering is the advisor to Minister for Public Works Department (North West Zone, Western Zone & Central Zone-A), Highways, Science & Technology, Zingnu Namchoom would be attached with the Minister for Rural Works, Sports & Youth Affairs, Mutchu Mithi is the advisor to Minister in charge of Home and Education, Mohesh Chai is the advisor to Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Commerce & Industries (Industries, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Textiles & Handicrafts, Trade & Commerce & Sericulture).

Pani Taram has been appointed advisor to Public Health Engineering Minister, Nakap Nalo is advisor to Minister in charge of Disaster Management department, Hayang Mangfi would be the advisor to Minister for Water Resources, Jikke Tako has been made the advisor to Minister for Power (Electrical), Dongru Siongju is the advisor to Minister for Tax & Excise, Taniya Soki is the advisor to Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Rode Bui is the advisor to Minister, Social Justice, Empowerment & Tribal Affairs, Labour & Employment, Talem Taboh is the advisor to Minister for Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary & Dairy Development, Fisheries, Mopi Mihu is the advisor to Minister for Civil Aviation, Tourism, Geology, Mining and Minerals.

The list includes two women MLAs as advisors – Chakat Aboh, advisor to Minister for Transport (Secretariat Transport, Transport Inland Water Transport, State Transport), Department of Tirap and Changlang, and Tsering Lhamu advisor to Minister for Planning Women & Child Department.
The order states that the advisors will not be entitled to any emoluments, remuneration, perks and facilities.
