Arunachal CM Pema Khandu Bats For Coordination With Assam To Resolve Border issue

In a bid to expedite efforts to resolve the long standing inter-state border issue with Assam, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu chaired a crucial meeting with the Regional Committees of six Arunachal districts —Pakke Kessang, Papum Pare, Kamle, Lower Siang, Lower Dibang Valley, and Longding. In the meeting held at the Civil Secretariat, Chief Minister Khandu directed the regional committees to work closely with their Assam counterparts to build consensus towards resolving the boundary matter. Khandu during the meeting said it is a golden opportunity for both the states to end the long-standing dispute.
