Sitting MLA and state BJP president Biyuram Waghe who is contesting the Pakke Kessang seat, took part in a mass public rally at the Golden Jubilee Ground today. Speaking to Northeast Live Biyuram exuded confidence of winning the Pakke Kessang seat. Waghe promised improved health structures, road networks, and boost to tourism in the constituency.
