The Session Court on December 7, 2022, heard a bail petition by as many as six accused who were arrested in the initial stage in connection with the paper leak case, said Advocate Kagam Bagra.
However, the judgments were reserved yesterday by the session court due to the prolonged and lengthy argument, Bagra added.
The six accused who filed bail plea are–Tanyang Gaduk, Thomas Gaduk, Kenjom Bagra, Kendar Bagra, Iken Bagra, and Opet Mibang.
While, Tanyang Gaduk was given interim bail for 20 days, the court rejected the other accused’s request for bail.
