A’chal: Dirang entrepreneur donate computers to Middle School

Yeshi Tsewang, an entrepreneur, and his better half Rinchin Zomba a Zilla Parisad Chairperson in Dirang, donated eleven computer sets.
In a noble gesture, Yeshi Tsewang, an entrepreneur, and his better half Rinchin Zomba a Zilla Parisad Chairperson in Dirang, donated eleven computer sets, along with a trained faculty to Govt Middle School of Sangti village under Dirang Sub-division in West Kameng district.
Speaking at the inaugural of the computer lab, Dirang MLA and Advisor to PWD (West Zone) said, computer education is the need of the hour for every child. The MLA said the noble initiative and contribution made by the couple are praiseworthy and such initiatives must be taken by all those who can do something for society.
The MLA also assured proper maintenance of the approach road to the school, a fund for the development of school infrastructure, and all possible support as early as possible.
Along with West Kameng Deputy Commissioner, Karma Leki and Superintendent of Police B R Reddy, Deputy Director of School Education Bomdila L D Komu also appreciated both Yeshi Tsewang and Rinchin Zomba for their contribution to the welfare of society and for providing equal opportunity to the underprivileged ones.
In his words of gratitude, Yeshi Tsewang informed the school was established in 1954 and surrounded by four major villages he added the school needs to be upgraded to a secondary level.
