9-Year-Old Girl Found Murdered Inside Relief Camp in Churachandpur

In a shocking and tragic incident, a 9-year-old girl was found dead inside the Lanva TD Block Relief Camp, Churachandpur at midnight on Thursday. The victim had been missing since 6:30 PM.
According to sources, her family and camp residents launched a frantic search after she failed to return. Hours later, at around 12 midnight, they discovered her lifeless body within the premises of the relief camp.
Reports indicate that her throat had been tied with a rope, and visible injury marks were found on her neck. Blood stains were also observed on her body, particularly on her buttocks, raising suspicions of sexual assault. Authorities suspect foul play, and an investigation has been launched.
The girl’s body has been sent to the district hospital for post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death and whether she was sexually assaulted before being killed.
