At least six people including a woman died and 15 others sustained injuries when the bus they were travelling on fell into a gorge just next to the Teesta River near the Sikkim-West Bengal interstate border.

The injured victims have been transported to Singtam District Hospital and Rangpo Public Health Centre, where they are receiving medical attention.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident, while rescue teams and locals worked together to assist the victims.
