As incidents of minor rapes and molestations continue unabated in Assam, a 45 year old rape accused was mercilessly beaten up with sticks by angry locals of Amingaon in Kamrup
As incidents of minor rapes and molestations continue unabated in Assam, a 45 year old rape accused was mercilessly beaten up with sticks by angry locals of Amingaon in Kamrup district.
The accused identified as Biplab Kumar Barua had allegedly lured a minor while she was returning home after tution and tried to sexually abuse her. Locals hearing the minor cry soon rushed in and rescued the child.
Soon after this, the accused was thrashed by the locals before handing him over to the police.
