Four minors have been rescued by the police from Kamakhya railway station in Guwahati who were en-route to Bihar.

The minors include one boy and three girls, and they were reportedly being taken to Bihar to join a dance academy.

One woman identified as Bokuli Borgohain and a man have been arrested in this regard.

Bokuli Borgohain’s younger sister has also been taken into custody, who is also a minor and is being treated as a victim.

The victims are to be presented before the Juvenile Justice Court today before they are to be handed over to their respective guardians. The arrested persons are to undergo further questioning by the police.
