4 Manipur MLAs return from Sugnu

All 4 MLAs detained by local people at Sugnu yesterday have since returned to Imphal. They came back this morning.
Manipur Minister Y Khemchand told Northeast Live Editor-in-Chief Wasbir Hussain that he has apprised CM N Biren Singh about the demands by the local people of Sugnu who, among other things, are demanding the shifting of the Assam Rifles camp from the area. Here is the exclusive phone conversation.
