Four people were killed, while two others have been seriously injured in a major road accident that took place at Tongorai in Assam’s Digboi.

The incident occurred when a triple riding motorcycle lost control and slammed into another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction.

Reportedly, all the deceased hailed from Bogapani in Digboi. Meanwhile, the injured identified as Bokrai Munda and Panting have been admitted to a local hospital.

Three of the deceased have been identified as Harry Munda, Putola Nayak and Rohit Karmakar.
