4 Children including a 40-day-old Newborn Killed in Assam by Woman Driver While Taking Driving Lessons. 4 children beloging to the same family, including a 40-day old newborn baby, died after they were mowed down by a vehicle at Sonakhuli in Assam’s Dhubri district. What is interesting to note is that the vehicle was being driven by a woman who apparently was learning how to drive.
