In a shocking news coming in from Shillong, a three week old baby was murdered after a hardened criminal allegedly snatched the baby and drowned it in a bucket filled with cold water on the roof top of the house in Mission compound area of the city.
According to East Khasi Hills SP Davis Marak, the incident happened around 2.30 am on Tuesday when the man broke into the house of a resident in Mission Compound. One person has been arrested in this connection.
