The 2nd Edition of State level Shirui Lily festival kick-started on Tuesday at Shirui village ground, 95 km East of state capital Imphal.

The festival aims to popularize Shirui Lily blooming in the hilltop of Shirui village under the Ukhrul district and to promote it as the village a tourist destination to boost the tourism sector of the state.
