2 killed in road mishap in Assam’s Silapathar

The deceased have been identified as Biki Regon (30) and Naba Regon (32) both were residents of Silapathar, Kulajan

At least two persons were killed after a dumper collided with a scooty from the opposite direction on National Highway 15 under Silapathar Police station in Assam’s Dhemaji district on Thursday.

The deceased have been identified as Biki Regon (30) and Naba Regon (32) both residents of Silapathar, Kulajan.

According to reports, the dumper was heading from Likabali town towards Dibrugarh around 10 am.

The police rushed to the scene, and the injured were taken to a nearby hospital in Silapathar.
