2 COVID-19 patients discharged from hospital in Assam, total 19 cured

The number of positive COVID-19 cases in the state has come down to 14 after two more patients, one each from Lakhimpur and Sonapur were released on Monday.
With this, the total number of patients fully recovered in the state has gone up to 19, while one COVID-19 patient from Hailakandi died at Silchar Medical College and Hospital on April 10.
A patient from Lakhimpur district has been discharged from Telahi Model Hospital after after his three successive tests turned out negative. Health minister imanta Biswa Sarma monitored the discharge at the hospital.
Babu Ali, a #COVID19 patient, has been discharged today from Telahi Model Hospital, Basagaon, Lakhimpur. His 3 successive tests were negative.

Earlier in the morning, one more COVID-19 patient was discharged from the Sonapur Covid Hospital in presence of health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and his deputy Pijush Hazarika.
One #COVID19 patient – Hazrat Ali has been discharged today from Sonapur Civil Hospital, after his two successive tests confirmed as negative.

Meanwhile, on Sunday five COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals after fully recovery from the disease.
Manish Tibrewal, Guwahati’s first COVID-19 patient was discharged from Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).

Four other patients – Md Mafijuddin from Boko, Jamila Khatun from Jagiroad, Ashraf Ali from South Salmara Mankachar and Md Sahrukh from Uttar Pradesh were also discharged from Mahendra Mohan Choudhury Hospital (MMCH) in Guwahati.
