In a tragic incident, one person died while another went missing after a boat capsized in Jaipur during a selfie attempt, police said on Sunday.

According to reports, a group of three friends-Suresh Gurjar, Saksham Tambi, and Gaurav went boating at Nevta dam in Jaipur on Saturday evening.

The incident took place when they started taking selfies while on the boat in the middle of the water and their boat capsized.

Suresh and Saksham drowned, while Gaurav and the boat operator managed to swim back to shore.

The body of the deceased Suresh Gurjar was recovered on Sunday while Saksham Tambi is still missing.
