M’laya: Substandard implementation of JJM Project in East Garo Hills

#Meghalaya | A project under Jal Jeevan Mission in Songsak C and RD Block, East Garo Hills has been built using PVC pipes instead of the approved GI or HDPE. Department claims that villagers stole GI pipes while construction was in progress.
