Raima Valley is an assembly constituency in Tripura. In 2018, IPFT candidate Dhananjoy Tripura won the seat by defeating CPIM’s Lalit Mohan Tripura
Raima Valley Legislative Assembly constituency is one of the 60 Legislative Assembly constituencies of Tripura state in India. It is part of Dhalai district and is reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes.
In 2018 assembly elections the constituency had 43,415 electors. Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura (IPFT) candidate Dhananjoy Tripura is the sitting MLA of the Raima Valley constituency. He won the seat by defeating Lalit Mohan Tripura of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) with a margin of 1922 votes.
In 2022, Dhanajoy Tripura left IPFT and joined Tipra Motha. He will be contesting the Tripura 2023 Assembly elections as a Tipra Motha candidate from Manu constituency.
