Dramatic scenes were witnessed in East Delhi’s Gandhi Nagar area after an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader climbed a power transmission tower.
But what compelled the AAP leader to do so? As per reports, AAP leader Haseeb-ul-Hasan climbed the tower after he was denied a party ticket for the upcoming Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections.
Meanwhile, cops arrived on the spot as soon as they received the information. Haseeb-ul-Hasan claims that AAP leaders cheated him by cancelling his ticket at the last minute.
