US, Germany affirm support for Ukraine

US, Germany promises full economic, humanitarian, and security support to Ukraine. Terms Russia's nuke threats as 'irresponsible'.

US President Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz during a telephonic conversation has assured of unwavering commitment towards supporting Ukraine against Russia.

This was informed by the White House via a press statement.

As per the release, they affirmed their shared commitment to upholding the rules-based international order, human rights and fair trade practices.

Both U.S. and Germany have pledged economic, humanitarian, and security support to Ukraine for defending itself against Russia.

Biden and Sholz also termed Russia’s nuclear threats to Ukraine as ‘irresponsible’.
