Russia claims that Ukraine is preparing a provocation using a "dirty bomb." This has been conveyed to India as well as China.

Russia President Vladimir Putin monitored drills of the country’s strategic nuclear forces. The exercise involved multiple practice launches of ballistic and cruise missiles.

As per reports, the drills were intended to simulate a “massive nuclear strike” in retaliation for a nuclear attack on Russia.

Reports quoting authorities in Kremlin stated that all tasks set for the exercise were fulfilled and all the missiles which were test-fired had hit the designated targets.

Meanwhile, Russia Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu has reiterated claims that Ukraine is preparing a provocation using a “dirty bomb.” The Russia defence minister conveyed this to India’s defence minister Rajnath Singh as well as China defence minister Wei Fenghe.

However, Ukraine has dismissed Russia’s ‘Dirty Bomb’ claims as “dangerous” lies.
