Pushpa 2 Jinxed? Here is How Second Allu Arjun Fan Dies During Screening of the Film

The deceased has been identified as- 35-year-old Harijana Madhannappa.

In a shocking turn of events, a second fan of superstar Allu Arjun has died while watching his film Pushpa 2: The Rule.

Less than a week after a female fan tragically lost her life during the movie’s premiere in Hyderabad on December 5, a 35-year-old man was found dead in a theatre in Andhra Pradesh on Monday, deepening the mystery surrounding the incidents.

Another Fan of Allu Arjun Dies During Pushpa 2 Screening

The latest incident occurred during a matinee show in Rayadurgam, Andhra Pradesh.

35-year-old Harijana Madhannappa, a father of 4, was found dead by the theatre’s cleaning staff around 6 pm, after having attended the 2:30 pm screening of Pushpa 2.

Kalyandurgam, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ravi Babu revealed that Madhannappa was intoxicated and continued drinking inside the theatre.

A case has been registered under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act.

Authorities are still investigating the exact cause of death as the investigation continues.

First Fan of Allu Arjun Died on December 4

On December 4, Allu Arjun attended a special screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad, accompanied by his co-star Rashmika Mandanna and his wife, Allu Sneha Reddy. Their visit reportedly caused a stampede at the venue, tragically leading to the death of a female fan. Her son was critically injured in the incident and remains hospitalized.

Police have since arrested M Sandeep, a co-owner of Sandhya Theatre, senior manager M Nagaraju, and balcony in-charge Gandhakam Vijay Chander.

In a controversial move, a case has also been registered against Allu Arjun and his security team under sections 105 and 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act.

Later, Allu Arjun and director Sukumar have publicly apologized to the victim’s families, vowing to cover medical expenses and any further support required.
