Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadda are all set to tie the knot next week on September 24 in Udaipur, Rajasthan, for which preparations have already begun.

The pre-wedding festivities of Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadda began on Wednesday with the Ardas ceremony at the latter’s residence, followed by a Sufi night.

The Sufi night was organized by the bride and groom for their close friends and family members. Both Parineeti and Raghav Chadha wore matching pink outfits for the festivities, the pictures of which have gone viral now.

Talking about wedding, the special day will take place in the presence of a minimum of 200 guests, and they will be welcomed in a typical Rajasthani way.

Coming to the best part of a wedding, food, the guests will be served Punjabi cuisine as well as Rajasthani delicacies.

Also, special white flowers from Kolkata and Delhi have been arranged to decorate the mandap (wedding venue).

Dates and venues

The wedding festivities of Raghav and Parineeti will start on September 23. A welcome lunch has been arranged for the guests at the Inner Courtyard from around 12:00 to 4:00 PM.

In the evening, a 90s-themed sangeet is arranged at the Guava Garden of the Leela Palace, Udaipur.
Then later on the same day, Parineeti Chopra’s Choora ceremony will take place at the Maharaja Suite of the venue.

The Big Day

September 24, the big day for Parineeti Chopra and Raghav, will begin with Raghav Chadha’s Sehrabandi ceremony in the afternoon at the luxe Taj Lake Palace.

Sources reveal that Raghav Chadha will take his baraat from Hotel Lake Palace to Hotel Leela Palace via boat at around 2:00 PM.

And by 6.30 pm, the main ceremony, comprising the jaimala, pheras, and vidai, is slated to wrap up.

The Reception

The reception of Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s wedding festivities will take place in the courtyard of The Leela Palace.

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged in the presence of family members and friends in May this year in Delhi’s Kapurthala House.
