Bollywood actor and producer Abhishek Bachchan is currently receiving a monthly rental income of Rs 18.9 lakh from the State Bank of India (SBI).
With an estimated net worth of Rs 280 crore, Abhishek Bachchan has leased the ground floor of his luxurious Juhu bungalow, known as Ammu and Vats, to SBI under a lucrative 15-year agreement.
This lease ensures a significant financial benefit for the Bachchan family.
According to Zapkey.com, documents reveal that the lease not only secures a steady income but also includes provisions for periodic rent increases. The monthly rent will rise to Rs 23.6 lakh after 5 years and further to Rs 29.5 lakh after 10 years.
SBI occupies 3,150 square feet of space close to Abhishek’s family residence, Jalsa.
Abhishek Bachchan, son of Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, has made a name for himself in the film industry with hit movies like “Guru,” “Dhoom,” and “Bunty Aur Babli.”
In addition to his acting career, he is involved in various business ventures and sports, holding stakes in sports teams.
