A mega BJP rally was held at the Mahabir Tea Estate SB School ground in Tripura’s Dhalai district on Saturday.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said that a total of 36,250 beneficiaries in Dhalai district have benefitted from the Kisan Sanman Nidhi project through which Rs 6,000 per annum in three installments have been transferred to the accounts of farmers without any commission.
During the rally Chief Minister Deb also took a jibe at the opposition and said that the Kisan Sanman Nidhi has been implemented in the BJP ruled states of the country but not a single penny was deposited in the account of the poor farmers during the tenure of the old government.
