Northeast Live has accessed crucial leads from top sources, who say that the accord will be signed in presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah tomorrow and intelocutor AK Mishra besides other stakeholders including TIPRA Motha chief Pradyot Kishore Debbarma, Tripura CM Manik Saha, Tripura Leader of Opposition Animesh Debbarma.
