Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang has lashed out at the previous SDF led government in Sikkim, accusing the SDF of financial mismanagement.
Addressing the assembly during the ongoing budget session, the Chief Minister stated that the inappropriate decisions taken by the SDF led government has led to financial difficulties hitting the exchequer of the Sikkim government.
Chief Minister PS Tamang said People of Sikkim must know that the inappropriate decision of the previous government has led the present government and the public to bear the brunt financially.

He further added that the government is still repaying loans taken by the previous government in crores while implementing the projects like 1200 Megawatts of Teesta Urja Pvt limited and Ralang, Rolep, Chakung Chu development project implemented by Amalgamated Transpower India ltd.
Presenting the detailed report, Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang further added the hard-earned money of the people of Sikkim has been grossly misused.
