1st of its kind move by Sikkim CM Tamang, interacts with people till 2AM

The CM met with people for 14 straight hours from Thursday 10 AM to Friday 2AM

It was a packed schedule for Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang on Thursday. The 54-year-old CM of the hill state interacted with the people of his state for 14 straight hours from 10 AM on Thursday morning till 2 AM today (Friday) morning. Chief Minister Tamang gave a patient hearing to their grievances and issues. By the time the CM ended meeting everyone, it was 2AM.

The marathon meetings which went on non-stop was held at the community hall of Rongli Bazar at Chujachen constituency.

The interactions covered a wide range of issues from public works to project execution and employment opportunities. He also reviewed the appointments to various government services and medical assistance being given to patients in the state.

The Sikkim CM has announced that he would be having more public meetings on January 8 at Rhenock and on January 12 at Gnathang-Machong.
