In an effort to boost infrastructure and connectivity in Nagaland, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio met Union Minister of Road, Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari and Union Minister of Culture, Tourism, and DoNER Kishan Reddy on Thursday in New Delhi and discussed various developmental projects carried out in the state.
In his meeting with Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari, CM Rio assessed the ongoing National Highway projects in the State.
“Had a meeting with Shri @nitin_gadkari Ji, Hon’ble Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways. We assessed the ongoing National Highway projects in the State. Grateful for the opportunity to discuss key developmental works,” CM Rio write on twitter.
In another meeting with Union Minister of Culture, Tourism, and DoNER, Kishan Reddy, the Chief Minister discussed initiatives to boost development in Nagaland.
“Had a productive meeting with Shri @kishanreddybjp Hon’ble Union Minister of Culture, Tourism & DoNER. We discussed initiatives to boost development in Nagaland in line with the Prime Minister’s Dev. Initiative for North East Region (PM-DevINE). The review meeting was attended by Chief Ministers of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Tripura.
