President Ram Nath Kovind is slated to visit the Northeastern state of Mizoram on May 5, 2022, to attend a convocation program at a university. The President will be in
President Ram Nath Kovind is slated to visit the Northeastern state of Mizoram on May 5, 2022, to attend a convocation program at a university.
The President will be in the state for the convocation of Mizoram University at Tanhril in the state capital Aizawl.
A detailed itinerary of the president’s visit is currently awaited.

It may be mentioned that this will be President Ram Nath Kovind’s second visit to Mizoram after he became the president in July 2017.
Earlier in November 2017, President Kovind arrived in Mizoram on a two-day visit to address the Mizoram Legislative Assembly.
