Federick Kurbah, a talented young footballer from Meghalaya, alongside three other footballers from India will now get lifetime opportunity to visit Manchester.

The four kids were selected by the Manchester United from grand finale of the ‘United We Play’, the on-ground grassroots football programme of Manchester United which got culminated on Monday.

Besides, Federick Kurbah the three other players are-RS Preyarhanjan from Chennai, Ronald Singh from Chandigarh, and Kunal Yeole from Pune.

They will travel to Manchester to participate in exciting activities at Old Trafford, including matchday experience, encounters with club legends, and more.

Hailing from Mairang, Meghalaya the 16 year old Federick Kurbah first began practising with his school coach when he was in class 6.

United We Play’s second season began earlier this year with a virtual interaction with Manchester United legend Dimitar Berbatov.

Manchester United’s ‘United We Play’ is a pan-India initiative to support young footballers in India by providing them with a platform to showcase their skills, with the goal of encouraging aspiring footballers to continue playing by engaging with them and introducing them to global training methodologies.
