The Centre is focused on ensuring growth and improved connectivity in Manipur. This was informed by DoNER minister G Kishan Reddy who arrived in Imphal for a 2-day visit to the state today.
Accompanied by Chief Minister N Biren Singh, G Kishan Reddy visited Khuman Lampak sports Complex where the administrative block National Sports University is located.
Upon arrival, Reddy virtually inaugurated Inter State Truck Terminus constructed at a cost of 12 Crores in Imphal.
G Kishan Reddy along with N Biren Singh also attended an interaction session with the students of National Sports University.
Speaking to media, Kishan Reddy stated that center is focused on improvement of road connectivity in Manipur.
Reddy further stated that ongoing construction of National Sports University will be complete within 2 and half years.
