Be prepared for heavy rains over the next 24 hours. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted widespread rainfall with isolated heavy rainfall over Northeast India from 19th-21st March.

The IMD has predicted Isolated heavy rainfall likely over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Sikkim during 19th-21st March.
“Isolated heavy rainfall likely over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Sikkim during 19-21. Isolated very heavy rainfall also likely over Assam and Meghalaya on 19th and 20th March, and Isolated hailstorm very likely over Sikkim on 19th March 2023,” the IMD release said.
