Road accident in Assam kills 2 including a woman, 6 injured

The accident took place when the vehicle they were travelling in, lost control and hit a roadside fence.

Amidst Vishwakarma Puja celebrations, two persons including a woman died and six others sustained injuries in a tragic road accident at Kuworigaon under Tingkhong police station in eastern Assam’s Dibrugarh district last night.

The accident took place as the vehicle they were travelling in, lost control and hit a roadside fence.

One of the deceased has been identified as Sunita Murah while the other dead person is yet to be identified.

The injured were rushed to the AMCH in Dibrugarh for better treatment.

In another incident one person was arrested by the police in Dibrugarh for drunk driving and hitting multiple vehicles causing damages to these vehicles.
