Newly married bride and groom dies in road accident in Assam within hours of marriage

A marriage turned into a tragedy after the just-wed bride and groom who were returning home after taking the vows met with an accident and died.
The vehicle they were travelling in lost control and rammed into a tree in Assam’s Chapor. The couple was immediately rushed to the hospital where they succumbed to injuries. Another four persons who were in the vehicle are currently admitted to Bongaigaon hospital and are in critical condition.
Both the deceased couple were identified as Nafiza Sultana and Masfiq Ali Bhuya, and the injured persons have been identified as Dora Mamud Ali, daughter Manjuwara Begum, Mosfiq Ali Bhoya and Mormi Begum.
The vehicle was ferrying the wedding troupe including the newlyweds to Dhubri.
