Guwahati Shocker: Boy Kicked in Private Parts, Key Poked into Eyes for Stealing Milk

The arrested duo has been identified as Himangshu Baishya and Jayanta Talukdar.

A minor boy was tied to a pole, kicked on his face, buttocks and private parts, and a key poked into his eyes just because he stole some milk.
Guwahati Police have arrested at least two persons after videos surfaced showing them torturing the minor boy who was accused of stealing milk pouches from a shop.
The incident took place in Guwahati’s Kahilipara today morning.
Following the incident, the minor suffered severe injuries including in his eyes. The boy was rescued by local police and sent to the hospital.
Those arrested have been identified as Himangshu Baishya and Jayanta Talukdar.
