Guwahati girl, 6-year-old Vrinda Surana enters Assam Book of Records for maximum back squats in a minute

Vrinda Surana, a Grade I student at Royal Global School, Assam, has inked her name in the Assam Book of Records for the maximum (16) back squats while holding 15 kg of weight in just one minute.

The 6-year-old set the record under the direction of Nishanta Bordoloi at Studio Fitness in Guwahati.

“The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognizes her athletic prowess by listing her among the state record holders,” the certificate read.
