DHAC CEM inaugurates Gorlodisa Model Village; relocates flood affected residents

The village has a total of 45 households
Dima Hasao Autonomous Council Chief Executive Member Debolal Gorlosa on Saturday inaugurated Gorlodisa Model Village and relocated all the affected residents who lost all of their houses in the landslides, storms, and floods last year.
CEM Gorlosa was accompanied by Ranu Langthasa, Chairperson of DHAC, along with my council teams, EMs and MACs DHAC, in the inaugural function, which was held at the newly established village at 18 kilometres in Umrangso in the presence of huge gatherings.
Expressing happiness, CEM Gorlosa said that within 365 days, they had rebuilt all of the houses for individuals that was lost or were completely damaged by natural calamities.
The village has a total of 45 households.
The CEM also inaugurated a school and a village road.
Furthermore, the CEM took part in a tree plantation session for the benefit of the relocated villagers of the newly established Gorlodisa Model village.
