Bangladesh Terror Group BNT’s Plot to “Assassinate” RSS, Hindu Organisation Leaders Busted

The Police “unearthed a terror module which was preparing to strike at our country,” Assam Spl DGP said
In a major breakthrough, Assam Police Special Task with the help of West Bengal and Kerala Police, busted a plot by banned Bangladesh terror outfit, Ansarul Bangla Team (ABT) to “assassinate” Hindu organisation and RSS leaders, Assam Police Special DGP Harmeet Singh said today in Guwahati.
“In a major intelligence-led nation-wide operation undertaken with the active assistance of West Bengal and Kerala Police, against known fundamentalist Jihadi global terrorist organisation, the Assam Police Special Task Force apprehended and arrested 8 fundamentalist Jihadis including one Bangladeshi national from Kerala, thus unearthing a terror module which was preparing to strike at our country…. The plans that they had were to initiate violent and subversive activities that included assassination of Hindu organisation leaders, RSS leaders, fomenting communal trouble which would disrupt and destabilise the region,” Special DGP Harmeet Singh said briefing the media.
According to Special DGP Singh, a group of individuals have been carrying on anti-national activities in India under the direction of one Mohammad Farhan Ishraq, a close associate of Jashimuddin Rehmani, chief of Ansarul Bangla Team an affiliate of Al Qaeda in India that is AQIS.
Saad Radi, alias Mohammad Saad Sheikh was sent to India in November to create sleeper cells. He visited Assam and West Bengal to meet members of ABT’s sleeper cells and then went to Kerala.
