Assam: Victor Das fails to prove explosive claims
First Published: 10th September, 2022 14:41 IST
Victor Das took to social media and alleged that a racket demanded a bribe of rupees 3 lakhs to 8 lakhs from each candidate.
It seems like Victor Das has invited trouble for himself as he failed to prove his sensational allegations of a ring demanding bribes for jobs in the recently held direct recruitment exams in grade 3 and 4 government posts.
Victor Das took to social media and alleged that a racket demanded a bribe of Rs 3 lakhs to 8 lakhs from each candidate.
He was later called to the Panbazar police station where he was interrogated over his big claims. He had also challenged to prove his claims.
However, it has now been ascertained that Victor only wanted to confuse the candidates who appeared for the exams. In fact, his intention was to create a sense of suspicion among the candidates.
Victor Das runs two coaching institutes in Guwahati, one at Rajgarh and the other at Maligaon, both of which are named Swardemy. Victor also gives online coaching to aspirants through a Youtube channel.
The coaching center gives training for aspirants appearing in different types of entrance and competitive exams.
Meanwhile, one of Victor’s students identified as Amlanjyoti Dutta stated that Victor had no proof to suffice his allegations. Rather, his allegations were based on others opinions.
