Assam HSLC exam dates out: 45 one-mark Objective questions in Eng, Sc, Gen Maths, Social Science

The Board of Secondary Education Assam has announced the dates for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination 2023. The examination which will be conducted as per the New Education Policy will begin from March 3 and will conclude on March 20. Meanwhile, this year there will be 45 one mark objective questions in General Mathematics, General Science, English and Social Science. The other 45 marks in these subjects will carry 2, 3 or 4 marks questions, whereas the remaining 10 marks will be awarded on the basis of Internal Assessment. The practical examination will be held on February 24 and February 25. 3 new practical subjects have been included this year, which are automotive, Electronics and hardware and Animal health worker. 1002 examination centres.
