A total of 11,20,165 animals are also affected by the deluge in the state, said the ASDMA report.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is in Dibrugarh today to take stock of the flood situation in the district. He will be visiting flood-affected areas at Khowang and Tengakhat as well.
